On average microneedling session (with or without Radiofrequency option) should take 20 to 30 minutes. It obviously depends on how many areas and which specific areas you want to treat per session.

Also time depends on experience of aesthetician performing procedure and knowledge of specific machine using. Just because someone has years of experience doesn’t mean they can operate properly at good speed with any equipment.

Quality of microneedling machine makes a small difference as well, but not significant. It plays big effect on results, pain level and safety, but not as much on time of each procedure.
